I agree to reschedule if I become sick or are around someone who is sick. I acknowledge and accept that there are no refunds given for no shows.

I acknowledge that engaging in any behavior that is deemed harmful to others and/or the goats (rough-housing, excessively disruptive, dangerous, etc.) will result in my removal from class.

I agree that Happy Goat Lucky Yoga, LLC may use photos and videos of classes that feature myself and/or my dependents for social media and advertising purposes.

I hereby acknowledge this release from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result of participating in any physical activity. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in this program. I agree to disclose my physical limitations, disabilities, ailments, or impairments which may affect my ability to participate in this program. I release Happy Goat Lucky Yoga, LLC and Tipton County 4H Fairgrounds from all physical, emotonal, and financial responsability over my persons and property.
